Who publishes this site, under whose responsibility, and where to send anything that requires a human being to act.

1. The publisher

alexndr.ai is a product of VDRTech LLC, a company established in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. VDRTech LLC is responsible for the publication of this site and for the editorial decisions that make up the library.

2. What this site is, in one paragraph

alexndr.ai is a free, public, machine-readable index of openly published resources about AI agents. It stores bibliographic metadata and a short description written by us, and links to the original source. It does not host, mirror or reproduce third-party content, it requires no account, and it sells and tracks nothing.

3. Editorial responsibility

Inclusion in the library is an editorial decision, not an endorsement, a rating, or a statement about any person. Descriptions are written by the operator and are corrected on substantiated request through the Notice and action policy. Inclusion, exclusion, or removal of any resource creates no rights and implies no relationship with its authors or owners.

4. Third-party content and links

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, accuracy, legality or privacy practices of the sites we link to. Following a link takes you outside alexndr.ai, where the destination's own terms, licences and policies apply. The presence of a link does not mean we endorse the destination, and the absence of a link does not mean we disapprove of it.

5. Intellectual property

The design, taxonomy, descriptions and curation notes on this site belong to VDRTech LLC. Third-party names and marks appear only to identify the resources indexed. Nothing on this site — and in particular no licence note recorded in the library — grants any right in any third-party work. See the Terms of Service for the full position.

Nothing on alexndr.ai constitutes legal, financial, security, engineering or investment advice, and nothing here is a substitute for verifying a resource — including its licence and its safety — at its canonical source.

This legal notice and the use of alexndr.ai are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.
